Homemade TARALLUCCI with onion, chili pepper – BAKERY PRODUCT SUBSTITUTES FOR BREAD.
Tarallucci are baked goods typical of the regions of southern Italy; as such it has been officially included in the list of traditional Italian agri-food products (P.A.T) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Policies (MiPAAF).
They are an ideal snack for snacks, aperitifs, aperitifs, snacks and very often they are accompanied by cool and alcoholic drinks.
The ingredients we use are regional ingredients typical of our region of Calabria and for this reason there are different variations of the classic recipe.
