A 100% arabica with the consistency of a traditional espresso. With pregnant body, the tenuous acidity disappears strengthened by a hint of bitter cocoa, opening up with notes of anise and thyme.
Optimal preparation:
Water temperature in extraction 93°C, pre-infusion 3”, extraction 22”, total dispensing time 25” for 25 ml.
