TUSCAN PINSONA with whole wheat
Our Tuscan pinsona is soft and airy on the inside, with a crispy exterior. The high hydration of the dough, combined with a long maturation and fermentation period of at least 30 hours, makes it light and easy to digest. The use of extra virgin olive oil adds taste and flavor. Hand-stretched in keeping with the finest artisanal tradition.
The pinsona is precooked, ready to be topped as you like and baked at 230°C (446°F) for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Have fun experimenting in the kitchen—add tomato, mozzarella, and your favorite ingredients to enjoy an excellent pinsa. Alternatively, warm it in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil for a few minutes and fill it with cold cuts, cheese, or vegetables.
The only limit is your imagination.

Packaged in a modified atmosphere
Store in the fridge at +0°/+4° C (+32°/+39°F) for up to 30 days
Consume within 2–3 days after opening
Can be frozen; consume within 2 months of the production date indicated on the label
