PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
High quality artisanal product obtained from freshly picked rocket. After being washed and cleaned, the rocket is blended with other condiments to obtain a cream. The product is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product.
COMBINATIONS
Rocket Pesto is excellent for seasoning orecchiette, pasta, baked recipes, pizzas, panzerotti, bruschetta but also cheeses.
HANDLING and STORAGE
Store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it to the disposal site. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
PACKING MATERIALS
The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable.
