Salted, bagged and aged homegrown salame obtained from processing pure black Abruzzo swine meat and aging it in a natural intestine casing. The paste is obtained exclusively from black Abruzzo swine fresh chuck and pancetta cuts. The paste is then flavored and aged at controlled temperature and humidity.
