The Monte Castello enterprise is an Italian production company in the Marche region that carries out on its own activity of cultivation, processing, selection and packaging of dried cereals and pulses strict compliance with the Integrated Production System (Integrated production is a system of agricultural production that favours the use of natural resources and mechanisms in partial substitution of chemicals ensuring sustainable agriculture and a lower environmental impact) and the Organic Dicipline.
We produce lentils, chickpeas, pearl spelt, pearl barley, cicerchie, borlotti beans, cannellini beans, black eye peas, dried perlina beans, dehusked peas, dehusked oats, dehusked red lentils and various soups.
