Calamarata pasta, called like this due to its ring shape that reminds the round shapes of sliced calamari, is the perfect marriage with grouper ragout, a fine fish with delicate, compact and tasteful.
Artisanal pasta made with Senatore Cappelli wheat, bronze drawn and dried at law temperatures, hulled and slowly ground with stone milling.
