Castagnini winery produces “Vermouth”
Flavoured wine caramel coloured, clear, with aromas of cinchona and cloves, notes of rhubarb and cinnamon. On the palate, it is full-bodied with very persistent sweet and bitter notes. Composed of wine Vermentino 80%, alcohol, caramelised sugar, wormwood, spices, and other herbs carefully selected and harvested on the Apuan Alps.
Food Pairing: It is a perfect base for cocktails. Cold to drink both as an appetizer and after a dinner with desserts.
