Ciaccine whole wheat
Our ciaccine are soft and airy on the inside, with a crispy exterior. The high hydration of the dough, combined with a long maturation and fermentation period of at least 30 hours, makes them light and easy to digest. The use of extra virgin olive oil adds fragrance and flavor. They are hand-stretched in keeping with the finest artisanal tradition.
Already baked and ready to use, they can be reheated in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for a few minutes or in an air fryer at maximum power for 5 minutes.
You can top them with tomato and mozzarella to create a delicious mini-pizza, or fill them as you like with cold cuts, cheese, or vegetables.
The only limit is your imagination.

Store in the fridge at +0°/+4°C (+32°/+39°F ) for up to 30 days
Consume within 2–3 days of opening
Can be frozen; consume within 2 months of the production date indicated on the label.
