FINE-GRAINED AGED SAUSAGES
MaiSazi Angioletti and Diavoletti (“Little Angels and Devils”) are small, fine-grained sausages, produced with hams and lean bacon, exclusively deriving from Italian pig meats, controlled and guaranteed. They both are gluten- and dairy-free and are produced by hand. It is also rather peculiar the way they are tied in little balls. The spicy version of Angioletti is called Diavoletti.
