Ready Sauces
Sauces prepared according to traditional gastronomy recipes local, with selected, fresh and locally sourced raw materials and extra virgin olive oil.
They can be used to season pasta or rice by heating the jar directly into the microwave oven, or by pouring it in the pan and sautéing the already cooked pasta.
