Cooking procedure:
– Cook in a generous amount of boiling water for at least 5 minutes over medium heat.
– Avoid mixing during the first few minutes of cooking.
The pronounced external stripes of MonteMonaco rigatoni pasta perfectly holds the seasoning on the entire surface, restoring all the flavors of the ingredients that make the dish. If paired with meat and fish, their particular shape makes them ideal for the preparation of unique dishes, according to the legume type.
All legume flours are processed with bronze drawing machines, and a slow drying procedure performed at low temperature guarantees the perfect preservation of the nutritional characteristics.
