Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC
Produced from Montepulciano grapes, the wine undergoes a 7/8 day-long skin maceration (in order to extract polyphenols), temperaturecontrolled fermentation and static lees separation with frequent decanting during winter and spring. Deep ruby red in color, it is full bodied, soft, velvety, with an excellent moist quality and an elegantly balanced taste. Excellent with roasted and grilled meat.

Nose: aromas of black and Marasca cherries with subtle tones of rose and pansy
Taste: dry, warm, soft with well-defined tannins, pleasant and with fruity notes
