PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
High quality product obtained from freshly picked basil. After being washed and cleaned of yellowed stems and leaves, the basil is blended raw with the other ingredients to obtain a cream. The mixture is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product.
COMBINATIONS
“Basil Pesto” is ideal for seasoning pasta, baked recipes or pizza.
HANDLING and STORAGE
Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it to the disposal site. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
PACKING MATERIALS
The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable.
