After having carefully washed and cleaned the onions, they are left to macerate with vinegar and sugar for a day. The following day the macerated onions are cooked at low temperatures (80°c) for about 2 and a half hours with the maceration liquid.

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
After being cleaned, the onions are left to macerate with vinegar and sugar. The following day, they are cooked at low temperature with the maceration liquid. When the product has lost all its liquid part, has reached a golden color and a gelatinous consistency, the jars are filled. The jam is pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product.
COMBINATIONS
It pairs perfectly with aged or smoked cheeses. It can also accompany various types of meat, preferring the tasty ones, better if roasted.
HANDLING and STORAGE
Store the product away from light and heat in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it to the disposal site. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
PACKING MATERIALS
The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable.
