DESCRIPTION :
The color is straw yellow with few light greenish nuances. It is very pleasant on the nose, among the fruity and floral notes those of pear, acacia flowers and toasted almond stand out. On the palate it is soft, velvety, fragrant, with a persistent and mineral finish.
PAIRING :
Excellent with light appetizers, shellfish, prawns and scampi, ideal with seafood. It also goes perfectly with first courses based on fish or mushrooms, white meats and fish second courses.
