PIZZA CRUST with Verna Flour
Our pizza crusts are thin and crispy. Thanks to the long fermentation and rising process of at least 30 hours, they are light and highly digestible. The use of extra virgin olive oil adds aroma and flavor. Each crust is hand-stretched, staying true to the best artisanal tradition.
Our pizza crusts are pre-cooked, ready to top as you like, and bake at 230°C (450°F) for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
INGREDIENTS:
Verna Flour, water, extra virgin olive oil (2%), salt, brewer’s yeast.
ALLERGENS: Gluten
2 crusts per package (200g x 2)
Diameter: 33 cm (13 inches)
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Packaged in a modified atmosphere.
Keep refrigerated at +0°/+4°C (32°-39°F) for up to 40 days.
Once opened, consume within 2-3 days.
Can be frozen; consume within 2 months from the production date indicated on the label.
