    Scamorza cheese comes in its classical and traditional pear shape. It a delicate cheese whose compact paste, without holes, has a smooth texture and buttery. The crust, straw-colored, is thin and smooth. Smoked scamorza in its variant, can be produced as a donut or “loaf”, or in its most historic tradition as braid taken.
