    As a traditional product of the Abruzzo Region, MaiSazi Ventricina is prepared starting from a dough of meat and finely-minced fat and adding salt, garlic, pepper, sweet and hot chili pepper, orange, rosemary and other seasonings from the Abruzzo lands. It is generally stored in glass jars and its color is basically light pink. It can be consumed as it is or spread on bread. Its flavour is spicy hot, thanks to the different herbs and spices in it.
