Aging in French oak barrels for 10 months
The fine, compact texture makes it an almost impenetrable ruby red. The nose is grassy, with notes of plum jam and tones of balsam and brown spices.
In the mouth, elegant and warm, with the softness blending well with the ripe tannins. Food pairing: game cooked in wine, and blue cheeses.
