GUANCIALE & PANCETTA MAI SAZI
MaiSazi Guanciale and Pancetta Tesa (bacon) are obtained from finely-cut pigs, exclusively Italian, controlled and guaranteed. The former, obtained from pig’s cheek lard and from a part of the throat, is salted and tanned with a mix of natural spices. The latter, obtained from the pig’s belly, presents a delicate flavor, thanks to an accurate marinade in pepper, orange and nutmeg.
