In fact we use only organic agriculture farro
So all our products are realized with organic farro. Naturally we cultivate farro in our supply chain. We mill Flours and semolina with our natural stone mill. That preserves all the nutritional values of organic farro.

Our scientific research and the passion for Farro started in 1991 and since then we have focused our attention on due varieties in particular:
– Emmer Whest (Triticum dicoccum), farro par excellence.
– Einkorn Wheat (Triticum monococcum), the father of all grains.
Since then, we have been selecting, producing and transforming only our varieties of Farro. Of course, entrusting them only to trustworthy farmers of the centre of Italy. In fact we assist these farmers during the whole cultural process.
