DESCRIPTION :
The color is light straw yellow, very bright, with an elegant and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and decidedly fruity and floral. On the palate it has good acidity, is soft and has very pleasant citrus notes. The finish is persistent and savory.
PAIRING :
Excellent as an aperitif, between meals and to accompany fish and white meat dishes. It also perfectly accompanies fried fish, chicken, pasta and risotto.
