DESCRIPTION :
The color is very intense ruby red, during aging amber reflections may stand out. Very strong and characteristic aroma with fruity notes of black cherry, berries, with hints of vanilla, coffee and cocoa. On the palate it is dry, tannic, with a marked acidity characteristic of the grape variety.
PAIRING :
Red meats, game, roasts, stews, stews, mushrooms, mature cheeses. It turns out to be a surprise combined with dark chocolate.
