Medium ground pure pork salami with the perfect proportion between lean and fat bits. It is flavored with hot pepper and pepper grains. It is the ideal cold cut for example for snacks served with seasoned cheese and red wines.

We slaughter the animals in our factory. In fact they come from local farms in the national territory and Fermo Maceratesee. So they take part of the circuit-San Daniele Parma.
