DESCRIPTION :
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Well recognizable by its floral, fruity and slightly spicy scent. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with acidity and flavor in pleasant harmony with each other.
PAIRING :
This very versatile wine is excellent as an aperitif accompanied by fresh, slightly matured cured meats and fresh cheeses. During the meal it pairs perfectly with not particularly seasoned white meats, raw fish, molluscs, crustaceans and fried fish in general.
