GRAPE AND VINEYARD
An authentic homage to the Veneto wine tradition, this sparkling wine is made from 100% Glera grapes, cultivated with the Sylvoz system on medium-textured soils composed of clay and silt. The harvest, carried out between September 6th and 15th, ensures the perfect ripeness of the grapes, enhancing the freshness and aromaticity typical of this wine.
AROMA AND TASTE
To the eye it presents itself with a delicate pale straw yellow, anticipating a fruity and fresh bouquet, in which notes of peach and apple stand out, intensity that varies depending on the vintage.
On the palate, it stands out for its light savoriness, a perfect balance between floral aromas and fresh fruit, with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances each sip.

Made with the Charmat Method, this sparkling wine is ideal to accompany a wide range of dishes. Perfect with starters and aperitifs, it pairs beautifully with fresh cheeses, fish and crudités, fried fish and vegetable dishes, croutons, as well as light first and second courses.
