GRAPE AND VINEYARD
Made from 100% Verduzzo Friulano grapes, cultivated using the Sylvoz system on medium-textured soils of clay and silt.
It is harvested between September 20th and 25th, when the grapes reach full ripeness.
AROMA AND TASTE
To the eye it is a fascinating golden yellow, with nuances tending to golden in different intensities. The bouquet is a delicate invitation to taste, with light and harmonious notes reminiscent of ripe fruit.
On the palate, it captivates with its smoothness and balance, offering a fresh and amiable sip, with a full, savory and slightly bitter finish. Its crisp, barky nature enhances its pleasantness, making it an ideal companion for moments of conviviality.
PAIRINGS
It is perfect as an aperitif or paired with appetizers and moderately aged cheeses. Thanks to its slight sweetness, it is also excellent as an end of the meal, elegantly accompanying desserts and sweets.
