Our company was founded in 1923 in the heart of Lecce (Apulia, South Italy) and since then we have always put our raw materials in the front row. Our coffees are subjected to a strict control chain:
the soil are analyzed, followed by green coffee before collected
and before the unloading of the containers in the port.

Our coffee is the result of a direct and in-depth knowledge of the whole natural path, which goes from the plant to the cup. We carefully follow the cultivation of coffee in the production countries, in close contact with the farmers who are always ready to reveal the secrets of the most loved drink in the world.
Only by visiting the plantations is it possible to fully understand the world of coffee, the properties of the land to cultivate it and the properties of the plant. Before marketing any product we need to know where and how it is grown. In this way we guarantee a traceable product of selected origin whose taste is given precisely by the specific characteristics of the plantation of the country of origin.
The continuous search for the best single-origin coffees is our added value. Each monorige tells a story linked to the land of production that gives our blends different organoleptic characteristics. Each grain contains aromas, tales and flavors of distant lands such as Kenya, Guatemala, Congo, Uganda, Ethiopia, Haiti and India.
The roaster’s skill is to create blends, not blends, and each blend must be the result of a real knowledge of the raw material and a direct search for the product without intermediaries. We buy raw coffee directly from the plantations, carefully choosing the different types of coffee to create the most disparate blends, checking all stages step by step, from harvesting to processing.
We want to introduce people to coffee and everything behind this magical drink: the organoleptic properties, the reason for particular aromas and fragrances and the health properties. So that every sip of coffee is always a unique emotion, an explosion of flavors and tales of Lantan lands.
