Our vineyards include 14 hectares of white grape vines that thrive on mineral-rich soils, ideal for enhancing the freshness and complexity of our white grapes.
Among the cultivated varieties, Ribolla Gialla stands out, the emblem of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Prosecco, Chardonnay and Friulano which particularly benefit from these unique soil conditions.
Thanks to these soils, our white wines develop an extraordinary minerality which enhances their organoleptic characteristics.
The remaining 6 hectares are dedicated to red grape vines, grown on the more structured soils.
These soils give our red wines a robust structure and intense color, allowing the grapes to ripen at their best and develop complex aromas and depth of flavor.
