La Pasta di Gragnano IGP
Our pasta is made using only 100% Italian durum wheat from Puglia, Basilicata, Molise and Marche.
The wheat is processed by adding spring water from the Lattari Mountains. In particular, the water of the “Forma” is used, a historic spring that in the past fed the ancient mills of the Gragnano pasta factories.
With care and passion we entrust the dough to the historic bronze dies, which give it the different forms. Finally, let the drying do the rest: slow, from 18 to 36 hours, and at a low temperature, it guarantees our pasta all the organoleptic characteristics that make it truly unique. Particular attention is paid to the packaging phase which involves careful quality control for each individual package.
